Company Return / Exchange Policy
We strongly encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine your shipment upon receipt to ensure it is correct in its entirety. Due to the nature of our business and strict health and sanitation regulations all sales are final. However, Jebtal Imports, also known as Jebtal Mart, wants to offer support at every level so that you may continue to confidently shop with us. Therefore, we will allow 14 days from purchase date to exchange products with rare defects. These exchanges will be reviewed and determined case by case with no written or verbal guarantees. Exchanges received are subject to a $10 re-stocking fee for each item if the customer initiated the change in the item.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless we are at fault for shipping a wrong or defective item.
*Return shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Items for Exchange must meet all of the following criteria:
• Must be unused
• Items must be in its unopened original state, not altered in anyway
• Must be in the same packaging
If items do not meet criteria, they will be denied an exchange.

A Customer Care Specialist will respond within 24hrs from original complaint. Complaints received Friday after 5:00 p.m. EST will be addressed the following business day. Complaints received after 5:00 p.m. EST the eve of any national holiday or special promotional holiday declared by Jebtal Imports Company will be addressed the following business day.
*Be sure to have received a Case # with instruction before returning ANY item(s). We must receive item(s) for exchange before we ship the replacement(s).
